For Easter this year, we did our traditional egg dying. It went pretty fast this year now that Asher is almost four.
Ainsley enjoyed taking the boiled eggs to school in her lunch for several days.
We had kind of an unusual Easter. Asher had been diagnosed with mono the previous Monday, and had to stay home for a week. He missed his preschool egg hunt, so I did one for him in the backyard.
His mono case turned out to not be all that severe—he was feeling sick for a few days, and tired for a week or two, but it was nothing like the mono horror stories you hear. I am thankful for that!
