The strawberries in Jon’s box have been producing, but as soon as they pink up, the birds get them. We hadn’t had a free day to build a cover until today.

Here is Ainsley’s box today. Top left is onions, next square down is cilantro. I don’t remember all the flower names, but I think the red ones are salvias. Middle row, right side is basil. Bottom row left to right are petunias, a geranium, and carrots.

My garden: Top row: petunias, petunias/dianthus, basil, tomato; Next row: petunias/marigolds, romaine lettuce, marigolds, tomato; Next row: onion, jalapeño pepper, green bell pepper, and a space for a cucumber when I get the seedling; Bottom row: Lilac pepper, cilantro, dianthus, zucchini.

Asher’s garden: Impatiens, impatiens, chocolate mint, dill, empty, empty, mint, zinnia, mixed flowers.
