Here are some more pictures of the pond. It was really peaceful and pleasant. It was in the 70s and 80s while we were there—it was in the middle of a heat wave in Arkansas—over 100 degrees, sometimes over 110!
You can see an Amish buggy in the background on this one. They were going by multiple times a day.
I wasn’t all that consistent taking pictures, so I didn’t get everyone in one, but here are some that I got (some of these my mom took):
Aunt Sarah and her nieces and nephew
Great Grandma and the crew (except Kelly and Dad who were taking the pictures)
Grandpa and Grandma and the grandkids
Reunion
Laila’s grandma and great grandma (Nabil’s mom and Grandma K)
Great Grandma and the grandkids
Sarah, Crystal, Karl, Kelly
Here is Ainsley after worship services on Sunday:
We went on a train ride at an outlet mall.
The kids playing a game Grandma gave them. I love it when they take the initiative to play together and get along with each other!
Here are some birds that were nesting on the upstairs deck.
We were driving home one evening right before a storm. The sky was eerily beautiful. We attempted some pictures. They don’t really capture it, but they give a little idea of how it looked.
This is one of my favorite pictures: Karl giving Ainsley & Woody a ride on the 4 wheeler.
We had a great trip!!
