Ainsley started running a fever the last morning we were on our trip. I gave her Tylenol since she didn't seem too bad, and we got on the plane. She was really feeling bad by the time we got home that evening. She ran a fever for 2 days after that. If she had been running one on Saturday, we would have taken her to the doctor, but she got up and seemed better. We decided a little fresh air would do us all some good, so we headed to the Arboretum trail. Ainsley rode her bike, and we took Asher's little "big" wheel. He doesn't know how to pedal, so that didn't last long. :-)
We took the short walk, and then we had a picnic, and went home in time for naps.
Ainsley got a tick bite. I found it a few minutes after it bit her and pulled it off.
Ainsley ran a fever again the following afternoon, so we kept her home Sunday night and Monday. I think it was Wednesday or Thursday before she was really back to her old self.
