The bridge in the background of this picture opened awhile back a few miles from our house. It connects Little Rock and N. Little Rock by footpath. Here is an article about it. It makes a nice (and very popular) walking and biking trail. It is very convenient for us. It is part of the River Trail.
The bridge is so high that standing right next to the edge makes me queasy, especially with all the rushing, swirling water below. Ainsley standing near the edge makes me queasy, too, even though she would have to climb up to fall. The rushing water and the height makes me feel really tiny and powerless.
