Chuck E. Cheese

On New Year's Day, the Bewleys were kind enough to invite us to go to Chuck E. Cheese. The kids had a blast, and the adults had their work cut out for them chasing the kiddos!

Sorry I didn't capture Camille on camera--did I mention the part about the adults running after the kids and being a bit busy? :-)
I have only been to a Chuck E Cheese once in my life--I think it was in Albany, NY after a youth rally (Kelly do you remember this?). I must say it was pretty neat for the kids, and not a complete waste of money (like I half expected). It was well lit (not creepy like CSI or something!) They gave you matching hand stamps with your child when you went in. You had to view them under a black light, and they matched everyone on the way out.
We had fun. Who knows--maybe we'll even go back! But not on January 1st. Turns out we weren't the only ones with a great idea!
Thanks, Bewleys, for the invite and the great company!

We went to Chuck E's for Caleb's birthday last week, and the kids had a blast! You're right, though. It does keep you busy trying to keep up with them!

We definitely made a Chuck E. Cheese stop while home on furlough and our Nathan loved it! The great part about them too is if you keep your eyes peeled you can find some pretty good coupons in the paper for pizza deals that come with tokens and then also coupons that give you more tokens for much much cheaper than you can buy extras at the cash register. So glad you guys had fun!
