Weekend with family

2 weekends ago we were excited to have Granddad, Grandmama, and GG (Great Grandmother) visit us for about 5 hours on Saturday. We had a a fun afternoon. Ainsley was allowed to skip her nap so that she could spend more time with family. Here are a few pictures:

The following weekend, Jon's uncle and aunt were visiting Jon's parents, as well as GG, so we headed their way to spend some time with everyone. Randy and Charlotte took us out for Japanese food (YUM!).

We were sad that we didn't get to see Anna and Ben, who were sick the whole time we were there. Here are a few pictures from our trip.

Randy had not seen Asher before this trip, but they seemed to hit it off. :-)

Notice Asher's shoes (thanks to Rachel!). This is the first time he has worn actual shoes instead of the soft slipper-type shoes.

Lunch at Benihana's. Our chef was named Pablo. He cooked on the hibachi grill. He is making a heart out of rice here.

All in all, a very fun trip to see family!
